Your Body at Week 13

And just in a blink of an eye, welcome to your second trimester. Things will finally start to feel more real as you see your bump growing day by day. It might get rather tricky to try and hide your pregnancy anymore, so investing in flowy dresses, big sweaters and some looser trousers to wear for the time being until you’re ready to announce your big secret to the world.

Your Baby At Week 13

Your baby is starting to look even more human now. Although their head is still slightly bigger than their body, the legs are now catching up with the arms in developing and soon enough they will all be in proportion.

Week 13 TODO's

  1. Now is the time to start thinking about getting yourself into a nice little exercise routine, if you haven’t already. Pregnancy yoga is totally trendy right now and has so many benefits for pregnancy and labour.
  2. As you grow bigger every day, you may find your ankles and feet swell quite a lot, try finding some compression socks and keep them elevated whilst seated.
  3. If you aren’t feeling too on top of the world, which is completely normal why not book yourself a hair appointment to make you feel more you and brighten those spirits.
