Free returns are available if checking out with checkout+. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We may exclude certain items from this service, such as items in the final sale or hygiene exclusions. For all returns, where checkout+ has not been purchased, a handling fee of £4.99 the cost of a returns label will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed.
