What We Accept:
- Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in an unused state.
- Labels and Tags: All labels and tags must be attached and in the condition they were delivered.
- Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.
- Returns Form: Our returns form must be completed before returning any item.
What We Do Not Accept:
- Hygiene Reasons: We do not accept returns of peri bottles, knickers, swimwear or socks.
- Packaging: Returns are not accepted if the item's packaging is damaged, stickers have been applied to the packaging, or if there is no packaging.
- Washed Items: We do not accept returns of washed items.
- Usage and Damage: Items with obvious signs of use or significant damage will not be accepted.
- Incomplete/Damaged Items: Refunds will not be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled.
Additional Information:
- Change of Mind or Unwanted Gifts: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or receive an unwanted gift. We offer a 30-day return policy from your order date.
- Exchanges: We accept returns for exchanges. Please ensure you select the reason on our returns form, and we will send out another size or colour as soon as we receive your return.
- Inspection: All items are inspected upon return. If there is any form of damage or usage, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund.
- Processing Time: We aim to process refunds within 3-5 working days of receiving the item(s).
Please note: Free returns are available if you added Checkout+ to your order, or if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For all other returns, where Checkout+ was not purchased, a handling fee equal to the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed.
