Returns

Please note: Currently, we do not offer free returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, or you have received incorrect items.

What We Accept:

  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in an unused state.
  • Labels and Tags: All labels and tags must be attached and in the condition they were delivered.
  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.
  • Returns Form: Our returns form must be completed before returning any item.

What We Do Not Accept:

  • Hygiene Reasons: We do not accept returns of knickers and swimwear.
  • Packaging: Returns are not accepted if the item's packaging is damaged, stickers have been applied to the packaging, or if there is no packaging.
  • Washed Items: We do not accept returns of washed items.
  • Usage and Damage: Items with obvious signs of use or significant damage will not be accepted.
  • Incomplete/Damaged Items: Refunds will not be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled.

Additional Information:

  • Change of Mind or Unwanted Gifts: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or receive an unwanted gift. We offer a 30-day return policy from your order date.
  • Exchanges: We accept returns for exchanges. Please ensure you select the reason on our returns form, and we will send out another size or color as soon as we receive your return.
  • Inspection: All items are inspected upon return. If there is any form of damage or usage, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund.
  • Processing Time: We aim to process refunds within 3-5 working days of receiving the item(s).
