How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery takes 2 to 4 working days and costs £3.99, or it's free on orders over £40. DPD next day delivery is £7.99. The baby gate is the one exception: it goes by DPD as a large item for £5.99 and isn't included in free delivery.
Can I return something if it isn't right?
Yes, most things. We offer 30 day returns from your order date on anything unused, with the tags on and in its original packaging, and exchanges are welcome. For hygiene reasons, knickers, socks, breast pumps and peri bottles can't be returned once they're opened. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us before sending it back and we'll put it right.
How do I choose the right size?
Almost everything that comes in sizes has a size guide on its product page, and the questions there say which way to go if you're between two. It isn't the same across the range: our knickers come up small, so you take the bigger size, while our baby clothes are cut to fit up to two months longer, so you take the smaller one.
Is a multipack the same as buying singles?
Yes, it's the same product, with every piece in the one size you choose. Some packs are all one colour and some mix colours that go together; the product page shows which.
How do the multi-buy offers work?
If a product has an offer, it's shown under the price on its page and taken off automatically in your bag, so there's no code to enter. Mix and match offers let you combine different colours and prints.
