How is Support+ different from the Comfort+ belt?

This is the firmer one. Comfort+ gives gentle everyday support at a lower price, while Support+ is more structured and gives stronger compression, which is what you want if you are on your feet a great deal or found a softer belt did not do enough. Customers who upgrade usually do so because they wanted more support rather than because the first belt failed.

What size should I order?

One Size and XL are available. One Size covers most people, and we would take the XL if you are between the two, are plus size, or want a looser fit through the hips. Getting the size right is what makes a support belt comfortable enough to actually wear, so it is worth checking the size guide rather than estimating. If the size you receive is not right, we will exchange it.

When is it safe to start wearing?

After a vaginal birth most people are comfortable within the first week or two. After a C-section, wait until the wound has healed and you have been cleared, usually at the six week check. Because this belt gives firmer compression than our Comfort+ version, being cleared first matters more rather than less.

Can I wear it for exercise?

For walking and everyday activity, yes. For returning to structured exercise, the belt should support you rather than replace the rehabilitation work, and it is worth speaking to a pelvic health physiotherapist about what your body is ready for. Firm compression during exercise is not automatically helpful and can mask problems rather than solve them.

How long should I wear it each day?

A few hours at a time rather than continuously, concentrated on the parts of the day when you are most active. Wearing firm compression all day every day means the muscles it supports do less work, which is the opposite of what you want in recovery. Take it off when resting.

Good after sorting the fit: helpful on longer walks

Fantastic product – super happy Mumma!!
Bought for my partner for postpartum and later had an emergency C section so it's came in even more handy than before. Her core is so much stronger when she's wearing it. It's comfortable, easy to use and in general a great product.
