Please note: Free returns are available if you added Checkout+ to your order. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before returning the item so we can assist you. For all other returns, if you did not purchase Checkout+, a £4.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund when it is processed.
What We Accept:
- Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in an unused state.
- Labels and Tags: All labels and tags must be attached and in the condition they were delivered.
- Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.
- Returns Form: Our returns form must be completed before returning any item.
What We Do Not Accept:
- Hygiene Reasons: We do not accept returns of knickers and swimwear.
- Packaging: Returns are not accepted if the item's packaging is damaged, stickers have been applied to the packaging, or if there is no packaging.
- Washed Items: We do not accept returns of washed items.
- Usage and Damage: Items with obvious signs of use or significant damage will not be accepted.
- Incomplete/Damaged Items: Refunds will not be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled.
Additional Information:
- Change of Mind or Unwanted Gifts: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or receive an unwanted gift. We offer a 30-day return policy from your order date.
- Exchanges: We accept returns for exchanges. Please ensure you select the reason on our returns form, and we will send out another size or color as soon as we receive your return.
- Inspection: All items are inspected upon return. If there is any form of damage or usage, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund.
- Processing Time: We aim to process refunds within 3-5 working days of receiving the item(s).
