This one uses hospital-grade suction with multiple modes, so for most people expressing at home or at work it performs comparably while leaving your hands free. What genuinely differs is fit: a wearable pump depends more on getting the flange size right than a standard pump does, because you cannot see or adjust the seal as easily once it is in your bra. Custom fit sizes are included for that reason.
Quiet enough to use in the same room as other people without announcing what you are doing, which is the test that actually matters. Whisper-quiet operation is one of the reasons people choose a wearable pump over a traditional one, and it is what makes expressing at work or on a call genuinely practical rather than something you have to find a private room for.
One pump, a milk collector, and the flanges and small parts needed to get started. The double version comes with two of everything, which is what makes it worth the difference if you are pumping to build a supply or returning to work, since it halves the time every single session. Replacement valves, diaphragms, flanges and collectors are all available separately.
Measure your nipple diameter, not the areola, and choose the flange closest to that measurement plus a few millimetres. Too large and you draw in areola tissue, which reduces output and causes soreness. Too small and it rubs. Getting this wrong is the most common reason a pump seems to underperform, and it is worth trying the alternative sizes supplied before concluding the pump is the problem.
Take apart the parts that touch milk, which are the flange, valve, diaphragm and collector, and wash them in hot soapy water then rinse and air dry. The motor unit is never submerged, only wiped. Sterilise once daily rather than after every session for a healthy full-term baby. Replace valves and diaphragms periodically, since worn ones are the usual cause of a gradual loss of suction.

Many reviews mention the quiet operation, gentle efficiency, and straightforward assembly and cleaning. Users appreciate the portability for work or travel and note the device is intuitive to use even during early-morning feeds. Some mention a learning curve with settings or longer cleaning times, but most praise the reliable performance and quality build.

Quieter than I expected, good after a small adjustment

We have been using it for a few weeks now. The controls are easy to manage during an early-morning feed. The packaging was dented on arrival, though everything inside was untouched.

Good quality throughout. Comfortable suction settings

The controls are easy to manage during an early-morning feed. Five stars from me. 4 weeks on, it is still working well for us.

Expressing without being tied down (well worth having)

I have used it enough now to give it a fair review. The suction is comfortable and there are enough settings to find a gentle rhythm. It has been useful for building a small freezer supply.
