A quiet wearable pump that fits inside your bra
With a traditional pump, you sit still holding the bottles, with tubes running to the motor. This wearable breast pump is a single 230g unit that sits inside your bra, with no wires or tubes, so you can pump at work, on a call or while you get on with your day.
It's quiet enough to use next to your sleeping baby, and the suction is hospital-grade. Start on stimulation, switch to expression once your milk is flowing, or use massage, and set each one to a level that's comfortable.
The flange size makes the biggest difference to comfort and to how much you express, so the box includes inserts in 17, 19 and 21mm to adjust the fit.

Is a wearable pump as good as a traditional one?
For most people expressing at home or at work, yes: the suction is hospital-grade, with three modes and nine levels. The difference is fit. You can't see the seal once the pump is in your bra, so getting the flange size right matters more than it does with a traditional pump.
How do I find the right flange size?
Measure across the base of your nipple, not the areola, and add two to three millimetres. The inserts in the box give you a 17, 19 or 21mm fit; if your size is bigger than that, use the flange on its own. If a lot of areola is pulled into the tunnel, the fit is too big, and if it rubs at the sides, it's too small.
How quiet is it?
Under 35 dB, which is quiet enough to use in the same room as other people without it being obvious, or next to your sleeping baby.
How much milk does it hold?
The milk collector holds 150ml (5oz), and it works best filled to about 120ml (4oz). If you express a lot in one session, stop and empty it partway through.
How do I clean it?
Take apart the parts that touch milk: the flange, valve, diaphragm and milk collector. Wash them in hot soapy water, or on the top rack of the dishwasher with the small parts in the cutlery tray, and let them air dry. Never put the motor unit in water; wipe it clean. The NHS advises making sure the pump and container are clean and sterilised before you use them.
