Delivery Information

At BABYGO®, we partner with EVRI and Amazon Logistics to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely.

Our carriers deliver between 7:30 am and 10 pm, and in some cases, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available to receive your parcel, the carrier may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or find a safe, dry place if a signature is not required.

If neither option is viable, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

Depending on the courier, a re-delivery attempt might be made without prior contact.

We aim to keep you informed about your order's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking code and a link to track your package.

Our deliveries are handled by EVRI and Amazon Logistics, ensuring reliable and timely service.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, our standard UK delivery fee is £3.99. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days from the date your order is placed to arrive at your home.

Please note:

• We are unable to deliver to PO boxes and channel islands currently.

For your convenience, BABYGO® offers Next Day delivery for £5.99. Place your order before 3 pm (Monday to Friday), and we'll ensure it reaches your UK mainland address the next day.
