Delivery Information

At BABYGO®, we partner with Royal Mail, EVRI and DPD to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely.

Our carriers deliver between 7:30 am and 10 pm, and in some cases, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available to receive your parcel, the carrier may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or find a safe, dry place if a signature is not required.

If neither option is viable, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

Depending on the courier, a re-delivery attempt might be made without prior contact.

We aim to keep you informed about your order's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking code and a link to track your package.

Our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, EVRI and DPD, ensuring reliable and timely service.

Free Delivery: Orders over £75.

Standard Delivery: £3.99 (3–5 working days).

Remote Areas: £9.99 (AB, BT, GY, IM, IV, JE, KA28, KW11-17, HS, PH32-35, ZE).

Exclusions: No delivery to PO boxes or Channel Islands.

Express Delivery: £5.99 via EVRI. (1-2 Days)

Availability: UK mainland only.

Next Day: £6.99 via DPD.

Cutoff: Order by 4pm (Mon–Fri).
