Materials

Made from polyester, polypropylene, viscose fibre and elastane, with a soft bamboo lining.

A band is a wide stretch panel worn over the bump giving gentle all-round support and a smoother line under clothes. A belt is narrower and adjustable, worn under the bump, and lifts the bump to take weight off the lower back and pelvis. Choose a band for light everyday comfort and a belt if you have specific back or pelvic pain.
It comes in One Size and XL. One Size covers most people through pregnancy because of the stretch in the panel, with XL available if you are carrying multiples, are plus size, or simply prefer a looser fit. If you are between the two, the XL is the safer choice, since a band that is too tight defeats the purpose.
Yes, more comfortably than a belt, because the support is gentler and spread over a wider area. Most people wear it under clothes for the whole day. As with any support garment, take it off when resting so the muscles it supports are still doing their share, and loosen or remove it if it ever feels restrictive.
It is designed not to. The flat panel sits smoothly under a top or dress rather than creating a ridge, which is the main reason people choose a band over a belt for everyday wear. A belt is more effective for pain but far more obvious under fitted clothing.
It can be worn for light abdominal support in the early weeks, though for genuine postnatal recovery support our postpartum belts are designed for the job. After a C-section, wait until your wound has healed and you have been cleared before wearing anything around your abdomen.

    Helps a great deal

    Means i can wear my leggings a bit longer and they dont dig in over the band. Its abit hot to wear in a heat wave but then everything is. It fits im just coming up to my 3rd trimester and have use it for Pilates.
