Some days you want support under your bump without fiddling with straps. This band is one wide piece: it sits under your bump, wraps round your lower back and fastens with velcro, so you can put it on in a moment before a walk, the food shop or a shift.
It's extra wide, so the support spreads under the whole of your bump and across your lower back, and the lining is soft bamboo, gentle against your skin.

What's the difference between the band and the support belt?
The band is one wide piece that goes on in seconds, for everyday support under your bump and across your lower back. Our Pregnancy Support Belt has three parts, including a back section and a strap over the top of your bump, and gives more support as you get bigger.
What size should I order?
Measure round your lower tummy, under your bump. One Size fits 70 to 140cm and covers most bumps, and the XL fits 70 to 160cm, for extra length with a bigger bump or twins. You can exchange it within 30 days of your order if it's unused, with the tags on.
Can I wear it under my clothes?
Yes. It's flat, so it sits smoothly under a top or dress, and you can wear it over a thin vest if you'd rather not have it against bare skin.
Will it help with back pain?
It isn't a medical device and won't make back or pelvic pain go away. It spreads some support under your bump and across your lower back, which is why people with an aching back tend to wear it when they're out walking. If the pain is bad or getting worse, talk to your midwife.
Can I use it after the birth?
It can give light support in the early weeks, but our postpartum belts are made for recovery. After a C-section, wait until your wound has healed and you've been told it's fine to wear anything round your tummy.
