    Took a long time to blow up but is wonderful for stretching and exercises. The book that comes with it is invaluable, I wouldn't have got nearly as much use out of the ball without the book

    Great ball & book but the WORST pump

    I love this product but if you buy it make sure you get a better hand pump and the one provided is shocking!!!

    Brilliant

    Great product, comes with everything you need to get started- measuring tape to help you blow it up to correct size, pump and really good little book that gives exercises for each stage. Love mine. Released hip pain and aches. Helps a little with restless legs when I can’t sit still in the sofa. And it’s just good fun too !

    Super easy and simple to set up and also comes with a book for exercise ideas included!

    Pregnancy Must Have! 🤎

    I loved using my BABYGO birthing ball particularly towards the end of my pregnancy to help ease pelvic pain & daily exercises made me feel strong & confident going into my birth. Everything you need is in the box & there is a great booklet with exercise guide. I love the aesthetic colours that don’t look unsightly at home 🤎
