    You need to get one!

    I love my birthing ball so much, trust me, you need to get one! I'm in my third trimester and it eases my lower back pain instantly! The quality is 10/10 and there's soooo many colours to choose from!

    Good quality

    This seems like a really good quality product, and has been really nice for doing pregnancy yoga with so far. It took a long time and a lot of effort to blow up with the pump provided though.

    Comfy, easy to inflate and good exercise book

    Didn’t take too long to inflate...really like that it comes with a book with exercises to do! The only downside is it’s not yet been used much but needs some more air added!
