It usually opens early for customers on our email and SMS lists and then to everyone from Black Friday itself, running through to Cyber Monday. The exact dates are sent by email a few days beforehand. Popular sizes sell through in the first couple of days, so early access is worth having, and signing up from the footer of any page also gives new customers a 10% welcome code to use outside the event.

For most core products, yes. It is the one event where support belts, birthing balls, nursing pillows and sleeping bags are all reduced together, rather than one category at a time. The return window is 30 days from the order date, so an order placed on Black Friday needs to be back with us by the end of December, and sale lines follow the terms on our Returns page, which excludes some sale and discontinued stock. If you are buying gifts, order later in the event to keep more of the window on the other side of Christmas, and check the product page for any final-sale note before you rely on a return.

Yes. Automatic multi-buy prices on leggings and sleepsuits carry on, and each item takes whichever price is lower rather than both reductions at once. Discount codes do not combine with either, so if you have a welcome code, test it at checkout and compare the total. For baskets with several sleepsuits, the multi-buy is almost always the better deal, and free standard delivery still starts at £40 on the discounted total.

We dispatch within one working day throughout the event, but carriers are at their busiest, so allow 3 to 4 working days for standard delivery instead of the usual 2 to 3.
