Order by height, not age. Newborn is 45 to 55cm, 0-3m is 53 to 63cm, running to 18-24m at 78 to 86cm. If your baby falls between two bands, size down, because a base layer that is too roomy bunches under a sleepsuit and rides up around the middle.
Wash at 30 degrees on a low temperature and keep them out of the tumble dryer. Heat is what degrades elastane, and elastane is what keeps the neckline and cuffs in shape. Skip fabric softener, which coats the bamboo and reduces its breathability. Wash with similar fabrics rather than alongside zips or hooks, which catch and pull the knit.

    Easy changes and soft cotton (good quality throughout)

    Improved once fitted correctly

    I was unsure whether we really needed it, but it has proved its worth. Delivery was slower than expected, but it has been used regularly since arriving. It layers well without bunching under a sleepsuit.
