Sizes go unevenly in a sale, so the one you need may be there in one colour and not in another. Every product still has its own size guide, so check it before you order.

Do sale items count towards free delivery?
Yes. Standard delivery is free on orders over £40, worked out on what you pay, sale prices included, and £3.99 below that. DPD next day delivery is £7.99 whatever you spend.
Can I use a discount code on sale prices?
Only one code works per order, and codes don't combine with the multi-buy offers applied in your basket. Whether a code works on a reduced line depends on the code, so add it at checkout and check the total before you pay.
Why are some sizes missing?
Sale lines are usually the end of a run or a colour we're retiring, so sizes go unevenly and the most common ones go first. We don't hold sale sizes back. If yours has gone, the same product is often still there at full price in a current colour.
Is it the same as the full-price version?
Yes, it's the same product, in an older colour, a print we're not making again or the last of a run. The old-logo birthing balls are our current ball with the previous logo, and the S, M and L recovery belt is the earlier, discontinued version of our Comfort+ belt.
Can I return something I bought in the sale?
Sale items, discontinued stock and discontinued sizes can't be returned, so check the size guide on the product before you order. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us before you send it back and we'll put it right.
