BABYGO® Breast Pump Valve
A replacement valve for when your pump's suction drops
The valve is the small, soft part that lets your pump build suction, and it's the part that wears out first. As it softens or splits, output drops a little at a time, which is easy to mistake for a problem with your supply.
This one fits the BABYGO® Air™ Electric Breast Pump, single or double, and it's BPA-free and food grade.
If you pump every day, keep a spare in the drawer, so a split valve doesn't stop a session while you wait for the post.

Will it fit my pump?
It's made for the BABYGO® Air™ Electric Breast Pump, in both the single and the double. Valves aren't standard between brands, so if you use another make of pump, check with them first.
How often should I replace it?
Every four to eight weeks if you pump daily. Replace it sooner if your output drops, sessions take longer for the same amount, or the pump starts to sound different.
How can I tell if mine is worn?
Look for a split or a tear, or a valve that's gone limp and no longer sits flat. Putting the old one next to a new one usually makes the difference obvious.
Which other parts wear out?
The silicone diaphragm is the other part that wears and affects suction, and we sell it as a spare too. Our flange inserts, in 17mm, 19mm and 21mm, are worth a look if the fit doesn't feel right.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
Yes, on the top rack, like the pump's other parts that touch milk. It's thin and flexible, so it lasts longest if it isn't stretched or squashed.
