BABYGO® Postpartum Support+ Belt
Pairs well with
Our firmest postpartum belt, adjustable as you recover
In the weeks after the birth, your middle can feel loose and weak, and lifting, carrying and bending over the cot all take more out of you. This postpartum belt wraps round your tummy and lower back and holds you firmly, with more compression than our Comfort+ belt.
It goes on in two layers. Fasten the wide main belt round you with the velcro, then cross the two outer straps over your front in an X and pull them as tight as feels right, so you can adjust the support through the day.
The AirMesh™ fabric lets the air through and is flat enough to wear under clothes, and it comes with our BABYGO® Postpartum Book.

Questions, answered.
How is Support+ different from the Comfort+ belt?
This is the firmer one. Comfort+ gives gentle everyday support, while Support+ is more structured, with stronger compression and adjustable straps over the main belt, which suits you if you're on your feet a lot or a softer belt didn't feel like enough.
What size should I order?
Measure round your hips. One Size fits 70 to 106cm, roughly a UK 8 to 18, and XL fits 106 to 130cm, a UK 18 to 28; if you're between the two, take the XL. You can exchange it within 30 days of your order if it's unused, with the tags on.
When can I start wearing it?
After a straightforward vaginal birth, whenever you feel ready. After a C-section, give your wound time to heal and check with your midwife or GP first; this belt is firmer than our Comfort+ belt, so that check matters more.
How long should I wear it each day?
As long as it feels comfortable, but don't come to rely on it. As you get stronger, wear it less and less, and take it off when you're resting.
Will it help with diastasis recti?
It won't close the gap in your stomach muscles on its own. The NHS says pelvic floor and deep stomach exercises help with that, and to see your GP if the gap is still obvious eight weeks after the birth; what the belt does is hold your middle firmly while you get moving again.
