BABYGO® Moon Pregnancy Pillow
Pairs well with
Supports your bump and hips without taking over the bed
As your bump grows, getting comfortable on your side gets harder: the bump pulls, your top knee drops forward and your hips ache by morning. The NHS advises going to sleep on your side from 28 weeks, and this moon-shaped pregnancy pillow makes that much easier to keep up.
It's one long curve. Tuck the middle under your bump, hug the top end and slot the lower end between your knees, or turn it round and lean back into it when it's your back that aches. Because it's a single curve rather than a full U, it lies along your side of the bed.
The cover is 70% bamboo and 30% cotton, soft and breathable on warm nights, and it unzips for the wash. Inside, the filling is bouncy and lets the air circulate, and it's designed to stay firm with everyday use.
After the birth, it becomes a feeding pillow and a backrest.

Questions, answered.
Will it take over the bed?
Less than a U-shaped pillow would. It's a single curve, so it lies along your side of the bed rather than wrapping all the way round you. If you're on the shorter side, fold the lower end under rather than stretching out along it and you'll get the same support in less space.
Does it help with hip and back pain?
It's made for that. With the lower end between your knees, it stops your top leg dropping forward and twisting your pelvis, which is often what makes your hips ache, and the middle takes the weight of your bump; for back ache, turn the curve round and lean into it. It won't make pelvic girdle pain go away, but it takes the strain off; if the pain is bad, mention it to your midwife.
Which side should I sleep on?
Either. The NHS advises going to sleep on your side, left or right, from 28 weeks. If you wake up on your back, don't worry, just turn onto your side again; with the pillow along your front and between your knees, you're less likely to roll back in the first place.
Is it soft or firm?
Somewhere in between: firm enough to hold your bump and knees, with a bouncy, breathable filling that moulds to you. It's designed to stay firm with everyday use.
Can I use it after the birth?
Yes. Curve it round you to lift your arms to the right height for feeds, so you're not hunched over, or put it behind your back when you're sitting up in bed in the early weeks.
