Natal Rewards is a rewards scheme run by GAVGO LTD, trading as BABYGO®, on babygo.uk. When you order from us you get 10% back as credit towards your next order. By ordering on babygo.uk you agree to these terms, which sit alongside our main terms of service.
Earning credit
- You earn 10% of what you pay for full price items on babygo.uk. We decide which items count as full price.
- Items bought in a sale, from the outlet or with a discount code don’t earn credit. Delivery charges don’t earn credit either.
- Credit is added to your account as soon as your order is placed. It’s held against the email address you ordered with.
- Orders placed anywhere else, such as Amazon, don’t earn credit.
- Natal Rewards is for personal shopping only. Trade, wholesale and reseller orders don’t earn credit.
Using credit
- Credit comes off full price items on babygo.uk at checkout. It can’t be added to an order after it’s been placed.
- It can’t be used on sale items, discounted items or outlet items, or towards delivery.
- It can’t be used with a discount code or any other offer.
- Your oldest credit is always used first.
- Credit is a goodwill reward from us. It has no cash value and it isn’t money you hold with us. It can’t be swapped for cash, paid out as a refund, sold or passed to anyone else.
Expiry
- Each amount of credit expires six months after the date of the order that earned it. Expired credit can’t be brought back or extended.
- We try to email a reminder before credit expires, but it’s up to you to use it in time. A reminder that doesn’t arrive doesn’t extend your credit.
Returns and refunds
- If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, the credit it earned is taken back. For a part refund we take back the matching share.
- If you paid for part of a refunded order with credit, that part goes back to your account as credit, never cash. It keeps its original expiry date. The rest goes back to the way you paid.
Our rights
- We may change these terms, or change, pause or end Natal Rewards, at any time and for any reason. We’ll give 14 days’ notice on this page before a change takes effect.
- If Natal Rewards ends, any credit not used by the closing date is lost.
- We may remove, reduce or correct credit at any time where we see fit. That includes credit added by mistake and credit we believe was earned by misusing the scheme.
- Our decision on any credit balance is final.
- We aren’t responsible for credit lost because of a technical fault, or because the details on your account were wrong or out of date.
- If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
