Follow these step-by-step instructions to properly install your baby gate and ensure a secure fit for your home. 

Installation Steps

❌ ✂️ DO NOT CUT the Security Strap! This is in place to help with the installation and this should not be cut until the gate is fully secured. ✂️ ❌

Step One: Insert the Adjustable Bumpers. 

Locate the four adjustable bumpers and insert these into the designated holes on each end and side of the frame of the safety gate. 

Step Two: Position the Gate. 

Place the gate in place between the door. Our gate fit doors between 76cm and 83cm, please be sure to measure correctly to avoid disappointment. 

Step Three: Secure the Gate. 

Rotate both of the upper and lower adjustment bumpers until these make firm contact with the door frame. You can use the tool provided to ensure these are tight enough to secure the gate properly. 

Step back and check the gate is level, once you're happy with the positioning, rotate each adjustment bumper two full turns or until securely tightened. 

Step Four: Final Checks. 

Test the stability of the gate frame by firmly shaking it to ensure it is securely installed. If the gate moves, you will need to adjust and secure this correctly again.

Step Six: Remove the Security Strap. 

Once you're happy the gate is securely installed, you can now cut off the safety strap and discard this. Please note, we don't accept returns once this has been removed. 

How to Use our Safety Gate

Once you have your baby gate installed correctly. You now have peace of mind with BABYGO® keeping our little one safe (well, you still need to feed them, water them and have eyes in the back of your head.) But it's a step in the right direction. 

Let's get into how you operate your safety gate. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3...

Step One: 

Push in the button at the lip and keep it depressed. 

Step Two: 

Lift up the gate and push with the button still pressed in. 

Step Three: 

Our safety gate is self closing, so no need to close this. Once you've let go of the gate, this will swing closed and secure itself in the locked position again. 

Important Safety Information

This baby gate is suitable for children up to 24 months old. 

Designed for indoor domestic use only - do not install across windows. 

Always supervise your child when the gate is open. 

Regularly check that the gate and all fittings are tight and secure.
