Pairs well with
High-impact support that unclips for a feed
Going back to running or the gym while you're still breastfeeding usually means a sports bra you have to wrestle off before every feed. This one has nursing clips, so you can feed or pump straight after a workout without changing.
It's our most supportive bra, made for high-impact exercise, with no wires. Adjustable hooks let you change the fit as your size changes through feeding.
The polyester and elastane stretch is comfortable enough for everyday wear too, on the days that are all lifting, carrying and walking with the pram.

Questions, answered.
Is it supportive enough for running?
Yes. It's our most supportive bra and it's made for high-impact exercise. Support depends on the fit, so measure yourself for the size guide rather than going by your old bra size.
Can I feed or pump in it?
Yes. The nursing clips open for a feed or a pump without taking the bra off, so you can feed before or after exercise without changing.
What size should I order?
Measure your band and cup and use the size guide to find your size; this bra comes in M, L, XL and XXL. Your size changes through pregnancy and feeding, so measure now rather than going by an old size. It should feel firm without restricting your breathing or leaving deep marks.
When can I start exercising again after the birth?
Usually after your six-week check, and later after a C-section, but it depends on how your pelvic floor and tummy muscles are recovering rather than on a date. High-impact exercise too early can cause pelvic floor problems, so a pelvic health physiotherapist is the best person to ask if you can see one.
Can I wear it every day?
Yes. It gives more hold than our soft everyday bras while keeping the nursing access. If you find you reach for it most days, the 2 pack means one can be in the wash.
