BABYGO® Postpartum Activ+ Set
Pairs well with
A nursing sports bra and leggings for getting moving again
Once you're ready to exercise again, or you're out walking with the pram most days, you need kit that holds you in and still lets you feed. This set pairs our Nursing Sports Bra with our Postpartum Leggings, in sizes M to XXL.
The bra gives firm, high-impact support with no wires. Nursing clips mean you can feed before or after a class without changing, and the hooks adjust as your size changes.
The leggings are high-waisted, with a U-shaped compression band across your tummy for gentle support while your body recovers.

Questions, answered.
When can I start exercising in it?
After a straightforward birth, the NHS says you can start gentle exercise as soon as you feel up to it, and to get advice at your 6-week postnatal check before anything high-impact like running. After a caesarean, recovery takes longer, so talk to your midwife, health visitor or GP before anything strenuous.
What size should I order?
One size covers both pieces, from M to XXL. Check the size guide for each, the bra by band and cup size and the leggings by dress size, and if they point to different sizes, take the bigger one.
Will the leggings help close a tummy gap?
Not on their own. The NHS says pelvic floor and deep stomach exercises help reduce the gap, and the compression band gives you support while you do that work.
Are the leggings comfortable over a C-section scar?
The high waist sits well above the usual scar line, so no seam rests on it. Wait until your wound has healed, and ideally until after your six-week check, before wearing anything with compression.
Is it only for exercise?
No. The firm bra and high-waisted leggings are just as useful on long days of carrying, lifting and walking with a baby, and you can feed in the bra whenever you need to.
