After the birth you'll change your knickers more often than usual, and every pair needs to be soft, sit high and hold a pad without digging in. This pack gives you three pairs of our postpartum knickers in one size, so there's one on, one in the wash and one ready.
The waist sits above the usual C-section incision line, so there's no elastic on the incision, and the soft stretch knit goes over a tender tummy without rolling down.
The gusset has absorbent, leak-resistant layers and dries quickly after a wash.
The fabric is 71% Tencel™ Modal, with no tags to rub, and they don't show lines under leggings.

What size should I order?
One size up from your usual. They're cut high to reach above a C-section incision, and knickers that are snug over a tender tummy won't get worn. The size guide gives the dress sizes for each, and if you're between two, take the bigger one.
Can I return them if the size is wrong?
No. For hygiene reasons we can't take knickers back, even unworn, so check the size guide before you order. If they arrive faulty or damaged, or they're not what you ordered, contact us before you send anything back and we'll put it right.
Can I wear them after a C-section?
Yes, that's what the high waist is for. It sits above the usual incision line, so nothing rests on the wound, and the knit is soft enough not to rub. If the waistband rolls down onto your incision, the pair is too small.
Can they replace maternity pads?
For light leaks and the lighter days of bleeding, yes. On the heavier first days after the birth, wear them with a maternity pad until the bleeding eases.
How many pairs will I need?
More than usual, because you'll change often while you're bleeding, which can go on for two to six weeks. Five to seven pairs means the washing never becomes urgent, so this pack is a good start, or take two.
