In the first days after the birth you'll be feeding round the clock, you'll be bleeding, and if you've had a C-section there's an incision to keep clear of waistbands. This set is the two pieces made for that: our Maternity Bra and our Postpartum Knickers.
The bra has a clip at the front of each strap, so a cup drops down with one hand when your baby's ready to feed, and a racer back keeps the rest of it in place. There's no underwire to press on breasts that are changing size.
The knickers are high-waisted, so the waistband sits above the usual C-section incision line rather than on it, and the triple-layered gusset gives you protection day and night. Both pieces are 71% Tencel™ Modal, soft and breathable against tender skin.

What's in the set?
One BABYGO® Maternity Bra and one pair of BABYGO® Postpartum Knickers, both in 71% Tencel™ Modal. The 2 pack gives you two of each, so one set can be in the wash while you're wearing the other.
What size should I order?
Order the size you are in late pregnancy, not your pre-pregnancy size. The knickers go by dress size (S is 6 to 10, M 10 to 14, L 14 to 18, XL 18 to 22), and if you're between two, take the bigger one; the bra goes by band and cup, as the size guide shows. One size covers both pieces, so if the two point to different sizes, buy the bra and knickers separately so each one fits.
Can I wear it after a C-section?
Yes, and that's what the high waist is for: it keeps the waistband well clear of a scar. Wait until you feel comfortable, stop if anything pulls or rubs, and ask your midwife or GP if you're not sure about timing.
When should I buy it?
Before the birth, when you pack your hospital bag, so it's washed and ready. There's plenty of stretch in the fabric, so the size you order then still fits in the weeks after.
Can I wear it at night?
Yes. There's nothing rigid in the bra to dig in when you're lying down, so it's comfortable for night feeds, and the knickers are as easy to sleep in as they are to wear all day.
