Questions, answered.
Is the Easter sale the same as the spring sale?
No. The spring sale clears winter stock, whereas the Easter sale is a shorter event over the bank holiday weekend with reductions across the everyday ranges: sleepsuits, nursing bras, leggings and support belts. If you are waiting to buy essentials for a baby due in the summer, Easter is usually the last reduction before the summer sale, and the multi-buy prices on leggings and sleepsuits carry on throughout.
Will orders ship over the Easter bank holiday?
Orders placed on Good Friday and over the weekend are dispatched on the Tuesday after Easter Monday. Standard delivery then takes 2 to 3 working days and is free over £40. If you are close to a due date, Premium Next Day for £7.99 is dispatched first thing on the Tuesday, so it can still arrive by Wednesday.
What is a good Easter gift for a baby instead of chocolate?
A bamboo sleepsuit or bodysuit in the next size up is the gift that actually gets worn, and at £18 it costs less than most Easter hampers. Our spring prints work well in photos. For a baby who has started weaning, a muslin three pack is the practical option, and for toddlers, bamboo pyjamas in 2-3 years are the most popular choice.
Can I use my welcome code during the Easter sale?
You can add one code at checkout, and whether it applies to reduced lines depends on the offer, so test it before you pay rather than assuming. Codes do not combine with the automatic multi-buy prices on leggings and sleepsuits, and only one code works per order. If you are buying several sleepsuits, the multi-buy price usually beats a 10% code, so compare the basket total both ways before deciding which to use.
Are Easter sale returns any different?
Not in the mechanics, but sale lines follow the terms on our Returns page, which currently excludes some sale and discontinued stock, so check the product page before you order. Where a return is accepted the window is 30 days from the order date, the item must be unworn and unwashed with its tags, and exchanges go through the returns form. Refunds reach the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days of the parcel arriving with us.
