A plain ribbed bamboo sleepsuit that goes with everything
Once the drawer fills up with prints, a plain sleepsuit is the one you reach for most. This one is a ribbed bamboo knit in a soft, plain shade, so it goes with a patterned bib, a cardigan or whatever else happens to be clean.
The QikZip™ opens from the top or from the bottom. For a nappy change in the night, unzip from the ankle and zip straight back up, with no poppers to line up in the dark.
It's 95% organic bamboo with 5% elastane, and the rib gives it natural stretch, which helps with a baby who won't keep still for dressing. The cuffs fold over into mitts for babies up to 12 months, and the feet fold over too, like built-in socks.

What size should I order?
Go by your baby's length rather than their age. Newborn fits 45cm to 55cm and 0-3m fits 53cm to 63cm, and the size guide has every size up to 18-24m (78cm to 86cm). They're true to size and made to fit up to two months longer, so if your baby is on the edge of two sizes, take the smaller one.
How is it different from your printed sleepsuits?
It's the knit and the look. This one has a ribbed texture in a plain shade, and the printed ones are patterned. The zip, the fold-over mitts and feet, the 95% organic bamboo blend and the size guide are all the same.
How does the two-way zip work?
The QikZip™ opens from either end. Unzip from the top to get your baby in and out of it, or from the bottom to get to their nappy, then zip back up. There are no poppers to fasten, which you'll be glad of in the dark.
Is there a size for premature babies?
Yes. The smallest size, Tinybaby, fits babies up to 45cm long, for premature and very small babies. Newborn then covers 45cm to 55cm.
Is it gentle on sensitive skin?
It's very soft and breathable, and several parents of babies with eczema or sensitive skin tell us it doesn't irritate. Every baby is different, though, so wash it before the first wear and leave out the fabric softener.
