A coordinated set of postpartum essentials in seamless Tencel™ modal, sized S to XL and available as a single or double pack. The point of a set is having several pieces of the same cut in rotation during the weeks when you are changing more often than usual, rather than assembling pieces separately and finding they do not work the same way.
Order your late-pregnancy size rather than your pre-pregnancy size, and size up if you are between two. Your body does not return to its previous shape straight after birth, and anything that compresses a healing abdomen or a C-section scar simply will not get worn. You can always move down a size later.
Not the knickers within the set, for hygiene reasons, so it is worth checking the size guide carefully before ordering. If a set arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us before returning anything and we will sort it out. This restriction applies to knickers and swimwear only.
Wash at 30 degrees and keep everything out of the tumble dryer. Heat is what breaks down elastane and it is the single biggest cause of seams loosening early in any seamless garment. Skip fabric softener, and avoid washing alongside zips or hooks that can catch the knit. Washing the set together keeps it wearing evenly.
Yes, provided you use the high-waisted pieces, which are cut to sit above the usual incision line so no seam rests on healing tissue. Wait until you are comfortable before wearing anything with compression, and stop if anything pulls at the scar or causes numbness. Speak to your midwife or GP if you are unsure about timing.

    Really good. My Mum recommended.

    my Mum actually put me onto them she uses them for her menopause and she wasnt wrong these are excellent quality and fit. I didnt size up as the reviews suggested stupidly but tbf they fit fine not to tight guess it depends what fit you want.

    Very happy after a month

    I wore them day and night during the early recovery stage. The fabric is soft over tender skin but still feels supportive. I would buy it again.
