Yes, they are made for storing, freezing and thawing. Freeze them lying flat, which makes them stack neatly and thaw far faster than an upright block. Leave a little headroom when filling, since milk expands as it freezes and a completely full bag puts pressure on the seal. Label each one with the date before it goes in.
Wash in hot soapy water, rinse thoroughly and stand them open to air dry completely before the next use, since trapped moisture is what causes problems in any reusable container. The wide opening is designed so you can get right inside them, which is the practical difference from a disposable bag. Sterilise them as you would other feeding equipment.
They are BPA-free and made from food-grade material, so they are safe for storing, freezing and thawing milk. For storage times, the NHS guidance is up to five days in a fridge at 4°C or below, two weeks in a freezer compartment inside a fridge, and up to six months in a separate freezer.     A little delayed but well made: stacks neatly when frozen

    First impressions were good and it has held up well. They stand up while filling and stack neatly once frozen. Cleaning takes a little longer than I expected, but the performance is good.

    Clear markings and strong seals (useful with one small caveat)

    The seals close firmly and the bags lie flat without leaking. Delivery took an extra day, but it was worth waiting for. I freeze them flat and file them upright afterwards.

    Really pleased with these bags. They seal well, are easy to fill and clean, and the measurement markings are clear. Slightly fiddly to dry fully inside but a bottle brush sorts that easily.
