Material

Made from Hypoallergenic, BPA & Phthalates free material.

Available in 65cm and 75cm. Models use size 65cm.

It carries our previous logo design. The ball itself is the same specification, with the same 2000 micrometre wall thickness, the same anti-burst rating and the same EN71-3 testing. You are getting the current product at a reduced price because the branding on it is the outgoing version, which most people stop noticing within a day.
Yes. Nothing about the construction, the material or the safety testing differs, and it is tested to hold up to 1000kg exactly as the current ball is. The only difference is cosmetic. If you would rather have the current branding, the standard ball is otherwise identical.
Yes, and most people do. Once the birth is behind you the ball carries on as a seat for bouncing a baby to sleep, which is one of the few things that reliably settles a newborn, and later as an exercise or desk ball for core strength and posture. Sitting on one at a desk encourages small constant movements rather than slumping, which is why the ball tends to outlast the pregnancy that prompted it.
The same guidance as the current ball. 65cm suits most people up to around 5ft 8in and 75cm above that. Once inflated, your hips should sit slightly higher than your knees with your feet flat on the floor when you sit on it. If your knees end up higher than your hips, the ball is either too small for you or underinflated.
Let it reach room temperature first, which makes the material considerably more flexible, then inflate in stages rather than trying to do it in one go. Leave it overnight and top it up the following day as the material relaxes. This is normal for any anti-burst ball and is not a sign that something is wrong.

Size: 65cm
Pump: Standard
Customers say this birthing ball maintains its pressure well during daily use and provides comfortable support for hip circles and gentle movement. The textured surface offers good grip, and users find it sturdy and durable. Many appreciate the included exercise booklet with helpful guidance. Common feedback notes the hand pump requires significant effort to inflate, though the ball holds air reliably once inflated. Users report it eases back and hip discomfort during pregnancy. Some mention missing or damaged pumps upon arrival. Overall, customers value its quality construction, comfortable height, and versatility for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum use.

Great ball - will use for many years to come

It's one of the best on the market and I'm using it more than i thought I would - it'll definitely become a staple for exercise post birth. Only downside is the lovely sage colour I'd hoped for is not at as depicted online - it's grey/silver and had I known that I would have ordered a different colour. Disappointed about that.

    Solid birthing ball

Life this birthing ball. I used it for the weeks leading up to giving birth and during labor. The sizing was accurate and it was easy to inflate.

Pregnancy Pain Relief

Lower back ache? Sore hips, sciatica, SPD or pelvic girdle pain (PGP)? Gentle exercise on our birthing ball is easy to do and one of the best ways to find fast relief.

Ready for labour? Rocking and bouncing helps open your pelvis, loosen your hips and encourage baby into a head down position ready for birth.

After birth, sitting on the ball can help relieve pain from stitches, while gentle exercises rebuild your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.

Available in 65cm (4'8 to 5'10) and 75cm (5'11+).
