Kneel Up
Kneel in front of your ball with your knees hip-width apart.

Forearms Down
Rest your forearms on the ball with your hands in loose fists.

Engage Core
Engage your deep abdominal muscles by drawing your belly button gently toward your spine.

Roll Away
Keeping your back flat, slowly roll the ball away from you as far as you can without your hips dropping.

Roll Back
Bend your elbows to return to the start, repeating within your comfort level.
Tip
Only progress to this once you can hold a TVA engagement without your bump pushing forward — that's the sign your deep core is ready.
