Instructions

Seated Start
Begin in a seated ball position, sitting tall with your feet flat to the floor.

Raise Right Leg
Slowly raise your right leg until it is extended out in front of you at around 90 degrees.

Anchor Left Leg
Keep your left leg bent with your foot firmly planted on the floor for stability.

Lean Forward
Lean slightly forward from the hips until you feel a gentle stretch through the back of your leg.

Hold & Release
Hold the stretch as long as feels comfortable, then ease back down and switch sides.
Tip
Avoid bouncing into the stretch — your relaxin hormone is already softening your joints, so a slow, steady lean is safer and more effective.
