Instructions

Seated Start
Begin in a seated ball position, sitting tall with your feet planted hip-width apart.

Hand on Hip
Rest one hand on your hip to anchor your upper body.

Reach Overhead
Raise your other arm up and over your head with a soft bend at the elbow.

Lean Gently
Lean to the side as you reach, feeling the stretch open up through your ribs and waist.

Return & Switch
Return slowly to centre and repeat on the opposite side.
Tip
Breathe into the stretched side — each inhale opens your ribs and helps create real space for baby to move up.
