Instructions

Kneel Up
Kneel in front of your ball with your knees hip-width apart.

Hug the Ball
Reach right over the ball, resting your upper and lower arms across the top.

Rest Chest
Lower your chest to the front of the ball with your hands resting at the back.

Rock Gently
Keep your head straight and facing forward as you rock gently forwards and back, or side to side.

Shift & Release
Let your weight transition through your glutes, feeling the release of tension as you move.
Tip
One of the best positions for early labour — the forward lean encourages baby into an anterior position and takes weight off your lower back.
