Instructions

Seated Start
Begin in a seated ball position with one hand resting on your thigh or hip.

Reach Up
Slowly bring your opposite arm up and over your head.

Lean Gently
Lean to the side as you reach, keeping your arm slightly bent at the elbow.

Feel the Stretch
Hold the position and feel the stretch down the side of your body.

Return & Switch
Calmly come back to centre and repeat on the opposite side.
Tip
Breathe into the stretched side — each inhale opens your ribs a little more and helps create real space for baby to move up.
