Instructions

Walk Out
Sit on your ball and slowly walk your feet forward as the ball rolls under your back.

Settle In
Lower until your shoulders, neck and head are supported on the ball, feet flat on the floor.

Hold the Bridge
Hold this position with your hips level, breathing slowly and deeply.

Engage Core
On each exhale, gently draw your belly button toward your spine to engage your TVA.

Return Slowly
When ready, slowly walk your feet back and return to a seated position.
Tip
Wait until after your 6-week check before starting this — and stop immediately if you feel any doming or pulling through your abdomen.
