Instructions

Set Up
Stand facing a wall and hold the ball at chest height with your arms extended.

Hand Position
Place the ball against the wall with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.

Lower In
Keeping your body straight and feet planted, slowly bend your elbows and lean your chest toward the ball.

Press Back
Press back gently to return to the starting position.

Repeat
Keep shoulders relaxed and head aligned, repeating 10 times or as feels comfortable.
Tip
Step further from the wall to make it harder, or step closer for an easier version — adjust as your bump grows and your strength changes.
