The knickers that suit you at 30 weeks aren't the ones you want in the days after the birth. This set gives you one of each in the same size: our low-rise maternity knickers for pregnancy, and our high-waisted postpartum knickers for afterwards.
The maternity pair sits under the bump, with a soft crossover waistband that stretches with your hips as they change.
The postpartum pair comes up high over your tummy with gentle compression, and its waistband sits above where a C-section incision usually is, so nothing presses on it.
Both are soft Tencel™ Modal with a triple-layered gusset. The maternity pair's is for discharge and light leaks, and the postpartum pair's is made for the bleeding and light bladder leaks after the birth.

What size should I order?
Go one size up from your usual dress size before pregnancy, using the size guide: S is 6 to 10, M 10 to 14, L 14 to 18 and XL 18 to 22. Both pairs come up small, and after the birth you'll want the high-waisted pair roomy rather than snug on a sore tummy. Knickers can't be returned once they're opened, for hygiene reasons.
Which pair do I wear when?
The maternity pair through pregnancy, from when your usual knickers start to dig in until the birth. The postpartum pair from the day your baby arrives, for as long as you're bleeding or healing, and after that both are good everyday knickers.
Can the postpartum pair replace maternity pads?
For many people, yes, once the heaviest days have passed. The gusset is made for postpartum bleeding and light bladder leaks, and in the first days you can wear a maternity pad with it as well.
Are they comfortable after a C-section?
The postpartum pair is made for it, as the waistband comes up above where the scar usually is, so nothing sits on it. The maternity pair sits lower, so save it for when you've healed.
Do they help with light bladder leaks?
Yes. Both pairs have the triple-layered gusset, which is made for light leaks and works like a liner built into the knickers.
