Postpartum knickers that sit high and stay put
After a C-section, the waistband of ordinary knickers sits right on your incision. These come up high, above the incision line, with light compression over your tummy, and the soft waistband stays where you put it instead of rolling down.
The gusset is anti-leak and quick-drying, made for postpartum bleeding and light bladder leaks.
They're a soft Tencel™ Modal knit with no tags, so there's nothing to rub on tender skin, and they're just as comfortable after a vaginal birth.
There are two pairs in the pack, so one can be in the wash while you're wearing the other.

What size should I order?
Go one size up from your usual knicker size, and if you're between sizes, go up rather than down. They're cut to come up high with light compression, and that needs enough fabric to reach above your scar; a pair that's too snug is the one that rolls down. The size guide shows the dress sizes each size covers.
Can I return them if the size is wrong?
Not once they've been opened. For hygiene reasons we can't take knickers back or exchange them once the packaging is open, even if they haven't been worn, so check the size guide and size up before you order. If there's ever a problem with your order, contact us and we'll put it right.
Are they suitable after a C-section?
Yes, that's what the high waist is for. The waistband sits above the usual bikini-line incision, so nothing rests on the scar while it heals. Get the size right and the waistband stays where it should, rather than rolling down onto the spot you're protecting.
Can I wear them instead of maternity pads?
For many people, yes. The gusset is designed to handle bleeding after the birth as well as light bladder leaks, so they can take over from disposable pads, or you can wear the two together through the heavier first days.
When can I start wearing them?
Straight after the birth, so pack them in your hospital bag. They're soft enough to wear over C-section dressings, and the gusset is made for the heavier bleeding of the first few days.
