Order one size up from your usual size. These sit high with light compression to clear a C-section scar, and that only works if there is enough fabric to reach, so a snug fit defeats the purpose. Sizes run S to XL. If you are between sizes, size up rather than down. Anything tight around a tender abdomen in the first weeks tends to stay in the drawer unworn.

Get the size right and the waistband stays where it should. Too small and it rolls down onto exactly the spot you are protecting.

    Really good. My Mum recommended.

    my Mum actually put me onto them she uses them for her menopause and she wasnt wrong these are excellent quality and fit. I didnt size up as the reviews suggested stupidly but tbf they fit fine not to tight guess it depends what fit you want.

    Too small

    I’ve had to take off 2 stars as they run very small. I’m normally a medium but ordered a large. They’re still too small and the seams land on my C-section scar. I’d recommend going up 2 sizes.

    Aside from the bad fitting the product is great, it holds the area well and makes me feel more secure. The material is nice and soft making it very comfortable.

    Will definitely order more but in a larger size

    The cut gives good coverage while still feeling light. A very worthwhile purchase. After 7 weeks, I am still pleased with it.
