A soft, high-waisted thong that doesn't show under leggings
Once the heavy bleeding has settled and you're back in leggings or fitted clothes, full postpartum briefs start to show through. This thong has the same soft fabric and high waist as our Postpartum Knickers, without the lines.
The waistband sits high, above a C-section incision rather than across it, with light compression that holds you without digging in. The fabric is 71% Tencel™ Modal, soft and breathable, and there's no tag.
The gusset is triple-layered, anti-leak and quick-drying, for light leaks and light bleeding.

When can I start wearing it after the birth?
Once the heavy early bleeding has settled and you feel ready, which for most people is a few weeks in. Until then, full-coverage knickers that hold a maternity pad are more practical, and our Postpartum Knickers are made for that stage.
What size should I order?
They come up small, so take one size up from your usual. The size guide goes by dress size: S is 6 to 10, M 10 to 14, L 14 to 18 and XL 18 to 22.
Is it suitable after a C-section?
Yes, once you're comfortable in underwear with a little compression. The waistband sits above the usual incision line rather than on it; stop if anything rubs or pulls at the scar, and ask your midwife or GP if you're unsure about timing.
How many should I buy?
One first, to check the size. Once you know it fits, a pack of three or five means there's always a clean pair when the washing piles up.
Is it comfortable enough for every day?
That's what it's for. It's soft, with no tag and nothing digging in, and it sits smoothly under leggings and fitted clothes, so it works as everyday underwear long after the postpartum weeks.
