Birthing Ball Size Guide
| Your height | Ball size |
|---|---|
| 4ft 11 to 5ft 8 (150 to 173cm) | 65cm |
| 5ft 8 to 5ft 10 (173 to 178cm) | 65cm or 75cm |
| 5ft 10 and over (178cm+) | 75cm |
In the overlap, the 65cm sits lower and bounces more; the 75cm suits long legs or desk use. Once inflated, your hips should sit a touch higher than your knees with your feet flat.
If you're not sure, put your height into the size calculator.
