It is our most supportive bra and it is designed for exercise, so it gives noticeably more than our soft maternity bras. Sizes run M to XXL. As with any sports bra, support depends on getting the size right, and postpartum is a time when your size may not be what it was, so measure rather than assuming.
Yes, it has nursing access, which is unusual in a sports bra and the reason most people choose this one. It means you can feed before or after exercise without changing, which removes one of the practical obstacles to getting out of the house at all in the early months.
Generally after your six week check, and later after a C-section, but the honest answer is that it depends on your pelvic floor and abdominal recovery rather than a date. High-impact exercise too early is a common cause of longer-term pelvic floor problems. A pelvic health physiotherapist is the right person to advise if you can access one.

Wash at 30 degrees and never tumble dry, since heat is what kills the elastane that provides the support. Wash it after every heavy session rather than letting sweat sit in the fabric, which degrades elastic faster than washing does. Skip fabric softener, which coats technical fabrics and reduces both stretch recovery and breathability.

    So supported by this bra.

    I love this bra, just that the size was a bit tight, I use 42D, and the XL was good but it was a bit right, me mindfully of that, but I will use, and I love it, can wait to actually use for breastfeed my baby❤️.
