Who gets access to the VIP sale?
Customers on our email and SMS lists. VIP events open before the public sale, which matters because the popular sizes sell through early and we do not hold stock back. Signing up is free from the footer of any page, and it also gives new customers a 10% welcome code on their first order, which on a single item can be worth more than the VIP reduction itself. You can unsubscribe again at any time.
Can I use the VIP discount with another code?
No. Only one discount code can be applied per order, and codes do not combine with the automatic multi-buy offers on leggings and sleepsuits either. If you have both a VIP code and a welcome code, add each at checkout in turn and keep whichever gives the lower total. For baskets with several sleepsuits or two pairs of leggings, the automatic multi-buy price is usually the better deal.
Does the VIP sale include the full range?
Most of it. Support belts, birthing balls, nursing pillows, sleepwear and the maternity and postpartum clothing ranges are all included. Gift cards and bundles that are already priced as sets are usually excluded, because they are discounted already, and the multi-buy prices on leggings and sleepsuits carry on as normal. Any exclusions are shown at checkout rather than hidden in small print, so the total you see is the total you pay.
Is VIP stock separate from the main sale?
No, it is the same stock, which is exactly why early access matters. Once the sale opens to everyone, sizes are sold on a first come basis, and there is no reserve held back for VIP customers. If you have early access and see your size, order it. The items that go first are the everyday essentials in the middle sizes, so put nursing bras, postpartum knickers and 0-3m sleepsuits in the basket before browsing the rest.
How long does the VIP sale last?
The early access window is short, usually a day or two before the public sale starts, and VIP prices then carry through the main event until the reduced stock sells out. We announce the exact dates by email and text a few days beforehand, so keep an eye on your inbox in the week before a bank holiday or Black Friday. If you have unsubscribed, you can re-join from the footer of any page and the next event invitation will reach you.
