Instructions

Kneel Up
Kneel in front of your ball with your knees hip-width apart.

Forearms Down
Rest your forearms on the ball with your hands in loose fists.

Roll Away
Keep your back flat, brace your core and slowly roll the ball away from you.

Extend & Hold
Straighten your arms and extend as far as you can without letting your hips drop, holding for 3 seconds.

Roll Back
Bend your elbows to roll the ball back to the starting position and repeat within your comfort.
Tip
If your lower back starts to dip or arch, you've gone too far — only extend as far as you can keep your hips level with your shoulders.
