Sit Comfortably
Sit on your birthing ball with one hand on your chest and the other on your tummy.

Breathe In
Take a deep breath in to prepare.

Lift & Squeeze
As you breathe out, gently tighten and lift your pelvic floor muscles.

Quick Reps
Quickly tighten and release the muscles for 10 repetitions.

Long Hold Finish
Finish with one longer hold for up to 10 seconds, repeating three times a day.
Tip
Imagine you're trying to stop the flow of urine and hold in wind at the same time — that combined lift is exactly what you're targeting.
