Instructions

Stand Ready
Stand or kneel beside your ball with a firm grip on your baby.

Tummy Down
Gently place your baby tummy-down on top of the ball at a slight incline.

Keep a Grip
Keep both hands on your baby at all times for safety and reassurance.

Encourage Lift
Encourage your baby to lift their head and look around, talking to them throughout.

Short Sessions
Start with just a few minutes at a time, building up gradually as they get stronger.
Tip
The incline feels similar to being held against your shoulder — most babies tolerate this far better than flat-floor tummy time at first.
