A progression of tummy time that gently rolls your baby on the ball to develop their balance, motor coordination and vestibular system through playful movement.

  • 1

    Position Baby

    Place your baby tummy-down on top of the ball with both your hands on them at all times.

  • 2

    Stand In Front

    Position yourself in front of the ball so your baby can see you for connection.

  • 3

    Roll Forward

    Gently roll the ball forward and back in a slow, controlled motion.

  • 4

    Keep Eye Contact

    Maintain eye contact, smile, pull funny faces and talk to keep them engaged.

  • 5

    Try Side to Side

    Once they're comfortable, introduce slow side-to-side movement for a new sensation.

Tip Wait until your baby is happy and alert — not just after a feed or when they're tired — to make this a positive bonding experience.
