Material

Made from Hypoallergenic, BPA & Phthalates free material.

It suits toddlers and young children, with the shape making it easier for small legs to grip and straddle than a round ball. It is stable enough that a child can bounce on it without it shooting out from underneath them, which is what makes the peanut shape work better than a sphere at this age.
Active play indoors, and it is also widely used for sensory regulation and physiotherapy. Bouncing provides steady proprioceptive input, which many children find calming, and it is used with children who need movement to settle. For most families it is simply something to burn energy on a rainy day.
Firm enough to hold its shape under a bouncing child but with a little give, so it absorbs some impact rather than feeling rigid. Inflate in stages, letting the material relax between each one, then check it again the following day once it has settled and top it up. Taking it slowly gives you a better-shaped, firmer ball than doing it in one go.
With supervision and on a suitable surface, yes. Keep it away from hard edges, glass and stairs, and use it on carpet or a mat rather than a hard floor. Children should be supervised while using it, as with any active play equipment. Check the inflation and the surface periodically for wear.

    A good result in the end

    It has been brilliant for bouncing off some energy indoors. The box was slightly crushed in transit, although every part inside was fine. It has been handy on rainy afternoons.
