In the last weeks of pregnancy it's easy to pack everything for the baby and forget what you'll need yourself after the birth. This set puts four of those things together: a maternity bra, a pair of high-waisted postpartum knickers, a peri bottle and a zip sleepsuit for your baby.
The bra is soft and wire-free, and each cup unclips at the strap so you can feed one-handed. The knickers sit high, above a C-section incision, with an absorbent gusset. Both come in the one size you choose.
The peri bottle rinses you with warm water when you use the toilet, so you don't have to wipe while you're sore. The sleepsuit is 0 to 3 months, with a two-way zip for night-time nappy changes.

Questions, answered.
What size should I choose?
One size covers the bra and the knickers, S to XL. The knickers go by dress size, S 6 to 10, M 10 to 14, L 14 to 18 and XL 18 to 22, and the bra by band and cup; the size guide has both. Order for your late-pregnancy size, and if you're between two, take the bigger one, because knickers can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
When should I pack my hospital bag?
Have it ready by around 34 to 36 weeks, or earlier if you're expecting twins or you've been told your baby may come early. Packing it early takes a job off the last few weeks, when you'll have the least energy for it.
Does it include everything I need?
No. It covers the postnatal basics for you and a first sleepsuit for your baby. You'll still need your own toiletries, clothes to come home in, nappies and a going-home outfit for your baby, your notes and any medication.
What size is the sleepsuit?
0 to 3 months, which covers babies from 53 to 63cm. If you're expecting a small baby, pack a newborn size as well; our zip sleepsuits come in Newborn too.
Is it worth having for a home birth?
Yes. You'll need the same things after the birth wherever you have your baby, and it's worth having a bag ready in case you transfer to hospital.
