Instructions

Reach Up
Begin in a seated ball position. Reach your arms up as you roll forward and push your chest out.

Look Up
Tilt your head up as you move through the motion.

Extend Arms
Extend your arms but keep a soft bend at the elbow at the peak of the movement.

Roll Back
Slowly reach back down, bringing your arms through towards your centre.

Tilt Head Down
Tilt your head down as you move back into position, then repeat as many times as feels comfortable.
Tip
Move slowly enough that you can feel each part of your spine articulating — rushing turns it into a cardio move rather than a mobility one.
