Come onto all fours with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.

Cow Position
Inhale as you drop your belly, lift your chest forward and gently look up.

Cat Position
Exhale as you round your spine up, tuck your chin and draw your belly button to your spine.

Flow With Breath
Move slowly between the two positions, syncing the motion with your breath.

Repeat
Repeat 8 to 10 rounds, focusing on a gentle, flowing movement throughout.
Tip
Brilliant for relieving the upper back tension that comes from hours of feeding and baby-carrying — try a few rounds first thing in the morning.
